How to submit a withdrawal

For a purchase made through this website, sign in to My account, open your order and choose “Withdraw from this contract / request review”, then press “Confirm withdrawal request”. The service records your request immediately and shows its dated reference. No reason is required. You may also send an unequivocal statement by email or post to EAC Malta:

Your rights

Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a qualifying distance contract to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. For digital content delivered early, the applicable exception requires prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right when supply begins and the required confirmation. General terms acceptance alone is insufficient. Where early digital delivery has not been validly requested, course access is scheduled after the withdrawal period.

Subscriptions may involve service-contract rules. An early service request does not automatically waive all withdrawal rights. Any legally permitted proportionate charge and any applicable exception must be assessed under the actual contract. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content and services remain unaffected.

Send the request before the applicable deadline. If withdrawal is valid, EAC Malta must make the required reimbursement within the statutory period, normally within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment means unless lawfully agreed otherwise. An online request records your notice; it does not itself send a refund or determine eligibility.

Subscription cancellation

To stop future renewal, use the subscription cancellation function in My account. Confirmed paid access continues until its recorded end date. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal are separate actions; contact EAC Malta if you wish to exercise both.

Complaints

Send your complaint, order reference and the outcome you seek to EAC Malta. Consumers may also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority complaints service. Mandatory consumer protections and court remedies remain available. The EU ODR platform has closed and is not a complaint channel.
